Every player, or the player's parent or legal guardian if the player is under the age of 18, must read this waiver. A signature on the registration form confirms that the signer has read, understands, and agrees to abide by the terms outlined below.
I understand that participation in this tournament and its related activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle injuries, heat- and stress-related conditions, cuts, lacerations, and broken bones.
In consideration of being allowed to participate, I hereby release and discharge Pinnacle Sports Productions and Management, event sponsors, event charities (collectively referred to as "Event Organizers"), and their officers, directors, employees, workers, and volunteers from any and all claims, actions, suits, or demands, whether in law or equity. This release includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from personal injury sustained while participating in the tournament and loss of personal property due to theft or any other cause.
I acknowledge that eligibility rules for NCAA, collegiate sports, and local school districts may vary. The Event Organizers are not responsible for determining or verifying a player's eligibility.
I further grant full permission to the Event Organizers to photograph, record, or otherwise capture my participation in this event through photos, video, television, radio, or other media, whether now known or later developed. I authorize the use of such media for publicity, promotion, advertising, or commercial purposes without compensation or reimbursement of any kind.
Code of Conduct
By signing this waiver, I—and any individuals associated with my team—agree to conduct ourselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. This includes accepting all decisions made by tournament officials and directors. All decisions by tournament officials are final.
I understand that any conduct deemed unsportsmanlike may result in penalties, including but not limited to game forfeiture, dismissal from the event, and possible exclusion from future events.
