PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL – The Palm Beach County Sports Commission (PBCSC) and the City of Palm Beach Gardens are partnering with the 3v3 Live Soccer Tour – the nation’s premier small-field soccer competition – to bring its National Championships to The Palm Beaches in 2020 and 2021.

The Gardens North County District Park will serve as the host venue for the National Championships, which is scheduled to take place Nov. 28-29, 2020 and Nov. 27-28, 2021. The brand-new Gardens North County District Park opened in the summer of 2019 and includes 10 Latitude 36 Bermuda Grass multipurpose fields designed to FIFA regulations.

“The 3v3 Live National Championships is the type of premier, national-level event that is a perfect fit for the new Gardens North County District Park,” said Charlotte Presensky, Leisure Services Administrator for the City of Palm Beach Gardens. “The City of Palm Beach Gardens looks forward to welcoming participating teams and families to our Signature City with an array of entertainment, dining, and shopping opportunities within close proximity to the professional-grade fields and lodging.”

Over 300 teams, consisting of over 1,500 boys and girls players from across the United States, will compete in several age divisions ranging from six to 18 to be crowned National Champions. This event is expected to generate over $1.3 million in economic impact in 2020 and 2021.

“The Palm Beach County Sports Commission is thrilled to partner with 3v3 Live Soccer Tour and the City of Palm Beach Gardens in hosting the 3v3 Live National Championships, as it showcases Palm Beach County as an elite sports destination,” said George Linley, Executive Director of the PBCSC. “Very few communities have the privilege of hosting a championship event like this, and we are thrilled to be hosting the next two years.”
