The Columbus Crew and 3v3 Live are pleased to announce our 5th annual Crew 3v3 Live tournament schedule - Sat. July 20 will feature tournament and get together at the match that night vs.New England Revolution - Then Championship matches will be played at Crew Stadium July 21 on the field!!

MATCH SCHEDULES
All age division schedules are listed in PDF Format so please scroll through the pages (18) to find your schedule. A few of the schedules are two pages, so please be sure you have the entire schedule.

TEAM CHECK-IN (SATURDAY)

Please check-in your team at the tournament headquarters tent one hour prior to your first game. Remember to bring with you any roster changes; this will be your last opportunity to change your roster. Also bring your proof of age and parent Waiver Form (Waiver Form can be printed off below). Only one representative of the team need attend (players do not need to be present at check-in). Although proof of age won’t be examined at check-in, please keep the cards/certificates in your possession in case of a challenge.

BEVELHYMER PARK (SATURDAY)

No Pets are permitted at the park

Concessions will be available

Star System Soccer Retailers will also be set-up

CREW STADIUM (SUNDAY)

Gates open at 10:00AM – Matches begin at 11:00AM

Only Coaches and Players are permitted on the field

Concessions will be available (Players may bring water, but no additional food or drink will be permitted in the Stadium)

All registered teams will receive 5 tickets to the Crew Match July 20 (7:30PM) - Additional Discounted tickets will be available for only $19 and may be purchased by calling Avin at 614.447.4106

Tournament Information


Location	Regular Matches will be played -Bevelhymer Park 7997 Peter Hoover Road New Albany, OH 43054 CHAMPIONSHIP MATCHES AT CREW STADIUM!!
Start Time	Sat 9:00AM - Championship Sun 11:00AM at Crew Stadium
Check In	Day of event. One hour before your first game time 3 v 3 Live Requires Proof of age - This can be Player Cards, Copies of Birth Certificates, or Drivers License
Registration Fee	Early Bird $205 per team and price will be $235. Each team will receive five tickets to the Crew Match on Saturday Night! Additional tickets are $21.00 each and may be purchased by calling Avin at 614.447.4106
Registration Deadline	Early Bird is July 1 - Final Deadline July 24 at midnight
Schedule	3v3 Live Soccer is open to all players ages U6 to Adult and all skill levels Schedule will be posted the Thursday before your tournament. Some age divisions may be COMBINED to give every team the opportunity to participate.
Tournament Facts	3v3 Live and the Columbus Crew are teaming up for a once in lifetime chance to play where the pros play! ALL CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES WILL BE PLAYED AT CREW STADIUM - Plus, all registered players will receive a ticket to the July 21 Crew match (Max 5 tickets per team) AND teams playing in the championship round will have the opportunity to watch professional players warm up behind the advertising boards pre-game for about 20 minutes! - Discount tickets are also available for family members and coaches Teams may change their rosters up until the team check in - After check in, your roster will be frozen. Notify tournament director of all roster changes at the check in. Each Team will recieve 4 Scheduled Games Each Player will receive an official 3 v 3 Live Soccer Tour T-shirt Division Winners Receive Custom Medals
Champions Tournament	All teams will qualify for the Champions tournament of your choice with the top 4 teams in each age group qualifying for the Elite Division
Qualify for Disney 3v3 Soccer Championships	Teams that participate in a 3v3 Live Local event qualify for the OPEN division at the Disney 3v3 Soccer Championships at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex near Orlando FL Jan 17-20 2014 -- Teams must play and finish in the top 6 in your age group at a 3v3 LIVE Regional Championship to qualify for the ELITE division at the Disney 3v3 Soccer World Championships
