This form will serve as your official roster. It must be turned in at check in. No changes to your roster will be allowed after the start of your first game!

Old Settler's Park is located at:

3300 E Palm Valley Blvd, Round Rock, TX

Turn by the Dell Diamond and follow the road back into the park. The fields will be on your right. DO NOT PARK ALONG THE ROAD LEADING INTO AND THROUGH THE PARK!!! Vehicles parked illegally will be subject to towing!

Tournament Information

Start Time	9:00AM Start both days
Location	Old Settlers Park in Round Rock TX
Check In	Day of event. One hour before your first game time
Registration Fee	$275 per team up to 6 players
Registration Deadline	July 18 at midnight
Schedule	Tournament schedules will be online the Thursday before you event
Tournament Facts	This Regional will feature two divisions: PREMIER DIVISION, open to teams who qualified at a local 3v3 Live event - And OPEN DIVISION, which is open to any and all teams
TX Regional Final National Championship	Each player on the 1st and 2nd Place teams will receive a custom 3v3 Live Champion Trophy - 3rd Place Teams receive custom medals!
