Start Time	9:00 AM
Check In	Day of evnet - come check in 45 minutes prior to first game. 3 v 3 Live Requires Proof of age - This can be Player Cards, Copies of Birth Certificates, or Drivers License
Registration Fee	Early Fee $170 per team up to 6 players and standard fee $180
Registration Deadline	Early May 6th. FINAL - MAY 20 at 11:59PM
Tournament Facts	3v3 Live Soccer is open to all players ages U6 to Adult and all skill levels Schedule will be posted the Thursday before your tournament
Regional Tournament	Top 4 teams in each division will qualify for the Regional Final of your choice.

Driving Directions to Yoctangee Park Annex

DIRECTIONS:
From Columbus:

1)    Take State Route 104 south to Chillicothe; as you come in to Chillicothe from 104, the road
name will change to N. High Street.
2)    Stay on High Street until you get to Mill Street (which is at the first stop light after Dairy
Queen) and then turn left onto Mill Street
3)    After turning onto Mill Street, go straight through the first stop light past the YMCA (this leads
into our city park and there will be a lake on the right hand side).
4)    As you go down into the city park, make a left hand turn on Enderlin Circle and then you will
make another left hand turn by the baseball field and basketball courts.
5)    Follow this road to the top of the hill and then turn right into the entrance of the Annex.

**The City Park and many of the surrounding roads will be closed, making it easier to get to the fields once you find the park. We will have 3v3 Live Signs hanging along this path to the fields.
